emagine is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Solution Architect to provide hands-on technical leadership and architectural governance across a large-scale transformation program.The consultant will ensure architectural excellence across multiple initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to align solutions with the company’s strategic architecture and technical standards.Start Date: ASAPDuration: 12 months (Contract) with high potential for extensionLocation: Stockholm (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week required)About The AssignmentEnsuring Architectural Excellence Across Transformation:You will govern and contribute to solution architecture across cloud migrations, Salesforce implementations, workflow automation, and custom application modernization, ensuring all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives Architectural Quality Assurance & GovernanceReview and approve high-level designs (HLDs) from supplier architects.Conduct architecture review boards and validate non-functional requirements.Ensure compliance with architectural principles, standards, and risk-based review processes.Define and monitor architectural KPIs and technical debt metrics.Maintain documentation of architectural decisions (ADRs).Hands-on Solution DesignLead architecture for high-priority initiatives.Design integration patterns, reference architectures, and proof-of-concepts.Define data and security architecture for hybrid/cloud environments.Supplier Architecture Team LeadershipCoordinate with 5+ supplier architects across initiatives.Establish architectural forums and mentor supplier teams.Facilitate alignment sessions and manage escalations.Ensure effective knowledge transfer to internal teams.Technical Standards & EnablementDefine and maintain architectural standards and reusable components.Recommend and implement improvements to DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud architecture (GCP/Azure).Develop API standards and integration frameworks.Align with enterprise architecture roadmap.Key Programmes InvolvedCloud Migration: Azure NC2 and GCP transformation.Salesforce FSC: CRM and P&C broker platform implementation.Application Modernization: Enhancement of 20+ Java/Angular applications.Workflow Automation: BPM platform selection and rollout.Data Platform: Migration to PostgreSQL/BigQuery.Integration Architecture: Connecting 70+ applications across hybrid cloud.Your profile:Experience5+ years as Solution Architect, 10+ years in IT.Hands-on experience with GCP (preferred), Azure, or AWS.Salesforce, BPM tools, and microservices architecture.Java/Spring Boot or .NET experience.Data architecture across RDBMS and modern platforms.Experience in large transformation programmes.Financial services domain knowledge (desired).Technical SkillsKubernetes, serverless, cloud networking.API management, ESB, event-driven architecture.PostgreSQL, SQL Server, BigQuery.Cloud security, IAM, encryption.CI/CD, infrastructure as code.TOGAF awareness and solution architecture methodologies.CompetenciesStrong technical leadership and communication skills.Problem-solving in complex, ambiguous environments.Collaborative mindset and learning agility.Fluent English (required); Swedish (strongly preferred).Certifications (Preferred)Google Cloud Professional Architect or Azure Solutions Architect.TOGAF, Salesforce CTA or Platform Architect.Domain-specific certifications in insurance or financial services.DeliverablesArchitecture Review Board framework and RACI (Month 1).Technical Standards Library (Month 2).Reference Architecture patterns.Monthly Architecture Health Reports.Supplier Architecture Quality Metrics.Knowledge Transfer Repository.Technical Debt Register and Remediation Plan.
