Solutions Architect

Our client is seeking talented individuals to join their growing AI consultancy practice.What you’ll doDesign and implement end-to-end cloud-native architectures across AWS and/or Azure to support AI and data workloads.Architect highly available, secure, and scalable data, integration, and AI platforms with strong disaster recovery and monitoring capabilities.Define AI/ML solution patterns, deployment strategies, and MLOps practices to operationalize machine learning models at scale.Lead the design of data platforms (data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouses) supporting real-time and batch data pipelines.Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical blueprints and roadmaps.Evaluate and recommend cloud services, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock) aligned with client goals.Establish network and security architectures, including VPCs, VPNs, secrets management, and hybrid connectivity strategies.Implement observability and monitoring frameworks for data and AI platforms.Drive cost optimization, performance tuning, and automation across multi-cloud environments.Mentor technical teams on data modeling, AI lifecycle management, and architectural best practices.What you’ll bringProven experience as a Solution Architect, Platform Architect, or Data/AI Architect in a consulting or enterprise environment.Hands-on expertise with AWS and/or Azure services for data, analytics, and AI.Strong understanding of cloud networking, containerization, and automation (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform).Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration solutions, and MLOps workflows.Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks, and how to embed them into business applications.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.A passion for leveraging technology to deliver measurable business outcomes.If the above role sounds like something you'd be capable of then we want to hear from you!Please note this is a New Zealand based role, you must already reside here or have a valid work visa to be considered for this role.
