Solutions Architect

Position Overview: As a Solution Architect, you will guide our technical team in designing and delivering state-of-the-art core-banking system solutions tailored to the needs of our clients. You will play a key role in shaping the architectural vision, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core-banking systems, leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in the financial services industry.Key Responsibilities: Designing and delivering high-quality core-banking system solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define solution requirements and architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Architect scalable, resilient, and secure core-banking system solutions that leverage industry best practices and emerging technologies.Conduct architecture reviews, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in the financial services domain.Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of experience as a solution architect, with a focus on core-banking system solutions.Deep understanding of core-banking system architecture, functionalities, andintegration points.Proficiency in the Java programming language, open-source technology and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, AliCloud, Huawei Cloud).Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proven ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive innovation in the financial services industry.Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.Language proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.
