The journey ahead is bold, and we're looking for the right partner to help us lead the way.Product teamYou'll join the team that powers Bigblue's growth, with a triple mission:Absorb complexity and connect teams so the company can scale quickly without breakingStay close to merchants and warehouse operators to detect issues and opportunities earlyEnsure that every release makes the experience smoother and more reliableYou'll collaborate directly with experienced Solutions engineers, product managers and engineers (Apple, Vimeo, Alan, etc.) and see how a world-class product team builds, adapts, and scales technology. Along the way, you'll gain hands-on technical expertise, sharpen your integration skills, and play a central role in shaping Bigblue's future.RoleAssist in executing technical integration projects under the guidance of senior Solutions EngineersSupport customer integrations by implementing defined processes and troubleshooting technical issuesHelp design and document technical solutions for customer setups and system configurationsLearn about common customer needs, ERPs, and e-commerce platforms to provide basic technical guidanceRequirementEducation - Bachelor or Master's degree from a top-tier engineering school (or equivalent)Eager to learn - You are excited to discover new technologies and understand how complex systems workProblem-solver - You have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and enjoy tackling technical challengesRigorous and detail-oriented - You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex projects with precision and thoroughnessCommunicator - Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiencesTechnical curiosity - Logistics technology, and system integrationsLanguages - Fluent in English and French - written and oral.
