Sales Executive (Focus: Industrial Generative AI & Automotive)The Role: Aggressive Hunter in the Automotive SegmentYou will be the frontline champion for iROOTECH's advanced Industrial IoT and Generative AI solutions within Thailand, with a primary focus on theAutomotive manufacturing and related supplier segment. This role is highly result-oriented and requires a self-starter who can quickly translate complex technical solutions into tangible business value for customers.Key ResponsibilitiesAutomotive Market Penetration: Aggressively identify, prospect, and secure new clients within the Thai automotive industry (manufacturers, parts suppliers, heavy equipment/transport) by leveraging existing industry connections.Generative AI Solution Pitching: Master and articulate the value of our industrial Generative AI and IoT platforms. You must confidently pitch how these solutions deliver clear ROI, despite the market's cost constraints and technology adoption hesitancy.Quick Win Execution: Focus on delivering measurable value rapidly, ensuring quick sales cycles and project wins that demonstrate immediate success to the client.Customer-Centric Sales: Employ a customer-centric mindset to understand specific operational pain points (e.g., equipment downtime, maintenance cost, energy usage) and tailor our platform's capabilities to solve them effectively.Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure, maintaining a strong accountability for achieving aggressive sales targets.What You'll BringEssential RequirementsGenerative AI Fluency: Demonstrated familiarity with Generative AI technologies (LLMs, RAG frameworks, Industrial AI applications) and the ability to discuss their practical business application to industrial clients.Automotive Network: Existing connections and demonstrable experience engaging with decision-makers (e.g., Factory Managers, Production Heads, IT/OT Leaders) in the Thai automotive or heavy equipment manufacturing segment.Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally selling software, technology solutions, or complex industrial equipment.Mindset: A true customer-centric mindset with excellent solution-selling and presentation skills.Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both Thai and English (written and spoken) is required for effective communication with both local clients and the international team.Required Tools & LicensesSoftware Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (especially PowerPoint/Excel) and common Marketing/CRM tools used in the sales process.Mobility: Must possess a valid Driving License and be prepared for frequent business travel across Thailand to meet potential clients.Cultural FitAccountability & Drive: High level of personal accountability with a highly aggressive drive to win projects and surpass sales targets.Result-Oriented: Thrive in a result-oriented environment where performance directly impacts company success.Agile & Flexible: Comfort working in a small team (4 people) environment with flexible working hours, demanding self-discipline and independence.
