We are looking for a Consumer Insight lead/Market Research SpecialistKey Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive product perception tracking system in collaboration with an external supplier. Analyze existing perception data and other relevant sources to generate strategic and tactical insights related to consumer preferences, market trends, and product relevance across various regions. Work cross-functionally to incorporate insights into decision-making processes, aiming to create a better and more commercial product offering that balances commonality and specificity according to the needs and preferences of 50+ different markets.
Develop regular reports based on perception tracker data that provide clear, concise, and actionable insights to stakeholders, thereby supporting strategic business decisions. Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously refine and improve the perception tracking system. Manage relationships with external suppliers ensuring alignment and effective delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in consumer insights, market research or similar roles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic business insights.
Experience with setting up and managing tracking systems and working with external suppliers. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and deliver insights clearly to various stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to translate insights into strategic and tactical actions that impact product offerings. Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passionate about understanding consumer behavior, the life at home, and enhancing the global customer experience.
