Product Manager - SaaS$100-130k + benefitsRemote based with 10% travel to customer sites - must be living in the USA with full right to workExciting remote based position for an experienced Product Manager within a leading SaaS company. You will be responsible for customer connectivity solutions for the travel, leisure and retail sectors – driving value and solving problems.

You will work with both internal and external stakeholders, defining needs and turning them in to great products to meet business and customer needsYou willBe the Product Owner and visionary for assigned components or SaaS productsGather and prioritize product and customer requirementsFacilitate product and/or feature definition, design, and scoping with a constant focus on customer experienceOwn the successful delivery of roadmap items to partners and customers in collaboration with engineering and product operationsBe the main internal point of contact for your product portfolio while maintaining external relationshipsBe able to think on the spot, removing roadblocks, and telling compelling stories about highly technical subject matterAlways keeping ahead of information security and compliance requirements throughout the product development lifecycleREQUIREMENTSYou will be an experienced Product Manager working on SaaS products, ideally B2B2CProven track record working on customer centric products, with a focus on customer experience.

Able to work with different stakeholders based across the USAExperience with a range of methodologies and workflows e. g. AgileStrong knowledge of network connectivity elements to products (technical knowledge of networking would be beneficial)Experience in SaaS solutions for the retail, travel, hospitality or leisure industry would put you top of the list!
