Position: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout The RoleWe’re seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle. From scheduling consultations to managing post-sale communications, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly and confidently, and enjoys working collaboratively to keep projects on track and clients well-informed.

Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels Schedule design consultations and manage appointment calendars Maintain accurate client and project records in Salesforce (or similar CRM) Process customer payments and handle basic invoicing or billing questions Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle Resolve client concerns and escalations with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills Follow up on leads to support sales and project coordination efforts Qualifications2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in design, home improvement, interior decorating, or construction industries Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus Outstanding verbal and written communication skills—professional, clear, and personable Ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate challenging situations diplomatically Familiarity with basic payment processing workflows and scheduling tools Nice to HaveExperience working with remote teams Knowledge of interior design, cabinetry, or home remodeling terminology Familiarity with project management or scheduling software (e.
