Position Overview: As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing team in a variety of tasks.

You will work closely with team members to assist in social media management, content creation, reporting, proposal preparation, project management, and email marketing. Your ability to stay organized, manage multiple projects at once, and communicate effectively is crucial. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, proactive in solving problems, and has a positive attitude!Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor social media content across multiple platforms. Assist in managing campaigns and reporting on their performance. Content Creation: Assist in developing content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

Help create engaging visual assets using Canva. Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing campaigns and assist in the preparation of reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness. Proposal Preparation: Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and marketing plans for internal and client use. Project Management: Use ClickUp (or similar PM tools like Asana or Trello) to track project timelines, assignments, and task completion. Help manage marketing team workflows and ensure deadlines are met. Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns through Flow Desk, Klayvio, or similar platforms. Note-taking:

Take detailed notes during meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions to ensure clarity and effective follow-up. Shopify & Squarespace Management: Assist in maintaining e-commerce websites on Shopify and Squarespace, ensuring product listings, content, and customer experience are top-notch. Required Skills & QualificationsShopify & Squarespace: Proven experience with Shopify (required) and Squarespace (preferred). Marketing Tools: Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, Slack, Trello, ClickUp, and email marketing tools like Flow Desk or Klayvio. Project Management: Experience using project management software like ClickUp or Asana. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
