You will be responsible for managing the wine cellar, replenishing our exceptional collection, and providing recommendations to our guests. Additionally, you will work closely with our Head Sommelier to develop innovative food and wine pairings that will elevate our guests' dining experience.If you have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant, advanced proficiency in English and Greek, and extensive knowledge and certification in wine, we want to hear from you!
