As a Sommelier, you’ll play a vital role in curating and presenting our wine program, enhancing every guest’s dining experience through knowledge, passion, and hospitality.We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sommelier to join our team. The wine program, features a comprehensive 500+ bottle list highlighting the finest producers from Italy, France, the U.S., and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wine, a gracious approach to service, and the ability to create memorable experiences through thoughtful, personalized recommendations.Responsibilities: Guide guests through wine selections, providing expert recommendations that complement their meals. Drive wine sales while maintaining a genuine, guest-focused approach. Maintain detailed knowledge of vintages, regions, and benchmark producers. Oversee cellar organization, inventory management, and proper storage procedures. Collaborate with the culinary and front-of-house teams to create refined pairings. Lead and support wine education initiatives for staff. Deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment. Qualifications:Strong knowledge of wine and spirits, with emphasis on Italian and French regions. Comfort in service and fluency with older wines, vintage variation, and top producers. Prior experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and polished demeanor. Ability to lift 25+ pounds and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Familiarity with Toast POS and Craftable/Bevager preferred.
