Head of Compliance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Compliance to lead our compliance efforts and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The Head of Compliance will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and overseeing our compliance program to mitigate risks and promote a culture of integrity and ethical conduct within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program that encompasses all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, auditors, and other external stakeholders on compliance matters. Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure that the organization remains current and compliant with evolving requirements.

Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify compliance gaps and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to address compliance risks. Provide guidance and training to employees at all levels of the organization on compliance-related topics and requirements. Investigate allegations of non-compliance and implement corrective actions as necessary. Prepare and submit regulatory filings, reports, and disclosures as required by law or regulation. Represent the organization in compliance-related discussions and negotiations with regulatory authorities and industry associations.

Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior by promoting awareness, accountability, and transparency throughout the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Law, or a related field; advanced degree (e. g. , JD, MBA) preferred. Certified Compliance Professional (e. g. , CRCM, CCEP) designation is highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management roles, preferably in digital banking. Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices related to compliance, risk management, and corporate governance. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven leadership ability, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. He/she shall be resident of Lithuania .
