Are you ready to make a difference?About the roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Desk & Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing technical support and troubleshooting services, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 applications and services. AccountabilitiesManage the IT Service Desk queue1st point of contact for all IT inquiries, requests and incident reportsProvide L1 desktop/IT support across the businessManage and support company SOE (laptops, desktops, mobile device, meeting rooms etc.

)Provide support to core business applications (Windows, O365, MS Office, Outlook, VPN)Support Office 365 environment (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerBI, Flow)Contribute to Cybersecurity and other continuous improvement initiativesActive Directory Users, Computers and Groups administrationProvide basic support for servers and networkYou must haveTo be successful in this role you must have:

Knowledge and experience supporting key technologies – Windows10/11, Microsoft Office, Adobe products, VPNRelevant IT degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience may be acceptedGood understanding and hands-on experience around Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, VPNStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsSCCM / Intune experience desirableIOS and Android knowledgeGood working knowledge of servers and networking would be beneficialWhat's in it …. for you?Our people, surrounding communities, and brands are at the center of our business.
