Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing new and managing existing key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of our products and services. For this remote position the preferred place of residence is the Western States. The Business Development Manager will work closely with executives and the management team of SNA and Sortimo International GmbH to develop and implement plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success for the company. Key Responsibilities: Prospect, develop and sign new clients, mainly in a 7-state territory of CA, OR, WA, CO, AZ, UT, & NVRetain & maintain strong relationships with key clients in western US.
Do thorough discovery to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions via our in-house configuration tool. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts and sync with U. S. headquarters in Atlanta. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. Monitor and analyze account performance and provide regular reports. Identify opportunities for account growth and new business. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications: Proven success as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
Analytical skills and sales planning proficiency, Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Experience in the US commercial vehicle and fleet business and existing network in this industry, knowledge of the automotive and upfit industryStrong understanding of sales and account management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel to meet with key accounts and attend industry eventsProficiency in CRM software (SAP) and Microsoft 365. Fast learner of new tools and processes. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
