)Build trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners to deliver customized logistics solutionsChampion process consistency and continuous improvement across logistics workflowsCoordinate closely with other logistics units across the facility to ensure alignmentRepresent the logistics function in strategic projects and cross-functional initiativesDrive a culture of service excellence, innovation, and teamwork that reflects our organizational valuesWhat You Bring to the RoleBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related disciplinePreferably hold additional credentials in warehousing, supply chain, or operations managementAt least 5 years’ experience in logistics within a GMP-regulated or biopharma settingProven track record in implementing Corrective Actions (CAPAs) with well-documented outcomesExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process-improvement frameworksLeadership background in supply chain/logistics within a global or biotech organizationStrong communication and interpersonal skills for team coaching and stakeholder collaborationAbility to think strategically and align logistics initiatives with broader business objectivesAnalytical mindset with experience solving complex supply chain challengesFamiliarity with local and international logistics, transportation, and regulatory standardsDemonstrated capability to identify cost-savings opportunities while delivering operational excellenceCommitment to continuous improvement—focused on efficiency, quality, and minimizing lead timesPlease note:
