Sourcing Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Procurement professional to join a large government department and lead complex tenders across indirect goods and services spend. This is a 6 month contract position on a hourly/daily rate commensurate with around $130-150K per annum level candidates.This role sits within a high-performing sourcing team and will see you driving end to end procurement activities from market engagement and tender documentation through to evaluation, negotiation, and contract award.Lead complex sourcing projects delivering strong value for money outcomesDevelop procurement strategies, RFx documentation, and commercial recommendationsPartner with senior stakeholders to guide decision-making and procurement governanceEnsure compliance with government procurement frameworks and probity standardsManage supplier engagement, evaluations, and negotiationsYou’ll thrive in this role if you bring strong tender management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to provide clear, commercial procurement advice in complex environments.
