Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:Managing the sourcing and procurement of assigned products and services to provide the required level of profitability and service to support fulfilment of our sales and customer strategy.Identify and onboard new vendors to support product sourcing needs.Create and maintain accurate product data.Drive improved and increased efficiency of our processes through application of CI based approach.Develop strong vendor relationships and manage stakeholders to ensure integration with the business area.Negotiate with vendors on product commercial terms and service scope of work.Drive vendor delivery performance and resolve non-conformance issues enabling efficiency of Inbound Logistics processes.Collaborate with relevant cross function teams to interpret requirements and enable a profitable response.Key Requirements:Over 5 years experience in supplier management, strategic sourcing, or procurement roles.Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable terms and cost savings.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
