Responsibilities: Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout. Negotiate offers and terms of employment to ensure a successful placement for both parties. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to inform recruitment strategies and best practices. Requirements: - Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the specified industries. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in diverse roles across international markets.
