Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sourcing Specialist based in Hanoi. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement processes. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality in sourcing materials. The Sourcing Specialist will also collaborate with various departments to understand their sourcing needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Qualifications Analytical Skills to evaluate potential suppliers and market conditionsExcellent Communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and internal teamsProficiency in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and agreementsExperience in Recruiting to identify and onboard new suppliersStrong Procurement skills to manage the purchasing of goods and services efficientlyRelevant experience in a similar roleBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
