We offer the potential for significant corporate growth and career development.Our ambition is to strengthen the existing highly experienced team to provide the best in industry support to our growing client base.Responsibilitiesmain activity: handle sourcing requests for category in scope; working on a sourcing request suppose interaction in English with stakeholders and contract negotiation (commercial and legal aspects for example: price, terms and conditions, legal annexes) collaboration with Head of Sourcing, Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying and Team Leads to ensure optimal use of Sourcing, Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying capabilitiesestablishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholderssupporting market tenders and managing the evaluation across cross-functional teams to determine the selection of the suppliers supporting analysis of proposals and producing recommendationsnegotiating deals (of varying size and complexity) to achieve optimal commercial, specification, compliance and contractual outcomesdrafting and reviewing contracts based on standard terms and conditionsfollowing internal policies, processes, and proceduresidentifying opportunities to drive improvements and contributes to their implementationadhering to the corporate standards, including using the defined sourcing tools and processes in delivery of sourcing initiatives according to the client requirementsensuring customer satisfaction, functional KPIs, SLAs and other performance objectives are met including savings targetsensuring accuracy of data and compliance with the given sourcing requirements (based on client methodology and requirements)ensuring proactive, timely engagement with clients and managing customer expectations with regard to project timelines and solution featuresensuring proactivity for additional support/extra activities/projectsQualifications3-5 years proven experience in sourcing/acquisition in a corporate environment with a good understanding of the challenges, processes and requirements of sourcing processvery good fluency in English (written and verbal)experience in negotiations for the benefit of stakeholdersexperience with ERP systemKey Skillsproactive, result oriented team-player with the ability to work independentlyability to respect deadlines and prioritize a busy workloadability to gain credibility with internal stakeholders and persuade people to change and/or adhere to a certain strategic direction is essentialhigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsability to act quicklyconfident decision makingopen to changes and positive attitudepositive attitude toward embracing the challenges and changesJoin a truly global team.We offer a dynamic and international environment where high performance meets real purpose.
