We take pride in offering a high-quality dining experience that blends tradition with innovation. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef located in Collonge-Bellerive. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen environment. The Sous Chef will also be involved in menu creation, inventory management, staff training, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen. Qualifications Cooking, Food Preparation, and Plating skillsExperience in Menu Creation and Kitchen ManagementStaff Training and Team Leadership skillsExcellent knowledge of Hygiene and Safety StandardsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentRelevant culinary degree or certification is a plusPrevious experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role is preferred
