Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef, located in Karachi. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including menu development, food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene. The Sous Chef will also be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, training new employees, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in menu development, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygieneExperience in supervising kitchen staff and training new employeesSkills in managing inventory and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulationsExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressureA culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferredMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality setting is beneficial
