Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef at Waldhotel Doldenhorn, located in Kandersteg. The Sous Chef will assist the head chef in planning and preparing high-quality dishes, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently, and maintaining health and safety standards. Candidates will also contribute to menu development, oversee food quality, and ensure a high standard of presentation. Additionally, the Sous Chef will play a key role in collaborating with the culinary team to create an exceptional dining experience for guests.
