This rolecombines operational execution with independent responsibility for specific portfolios.Key Responsibilities Include:● Monitoring and analysing policy developments (from liquor policy and excise to logistics and sustainability).● Drafting briefing documents, submissions, and position papers.● Supporting relationship management with government departments and industry partners.● Contributing to domestic and export market access initiatives.We are looking for someone with:● 5-8 years of experience in industry affairs, government relations, or corporate communications.● Essential experience within the agricultural or beverage sectors.● A strong understanding of South African government structures and policy frameworks.● A relevant degree (Public Policy, Political Science, Communications, or Business).● Excellent analytical and communication skills.
