工作职责1、负责城市运力运营工作,包括运力拉新、培训、认证及运力组织化管理等工作; 2、落地执行业务策略及运营SOP,提升城市运力供应的稳定性及服务质量; 3、负责运营数据的收集、录入、统计和分析; 4、完成上级交办的其他工作。任职资格1、大专或以上学历,一年以上培训或者运力管理经验; 2、结果导向,有较强的执行力,能够落地执行各项工作任务及SOP; 3、有较强的自驱力和学习能力,愿意能够不断提升自我工作技能和业务知识; 4、性格坚毅,能够承担压力,有团队合作意识。
