Job SummaryProvide day-to-day Leadership Support, Strategy Implementation, and Business Unit/Project Support for the Resource Management team to ensure that positive operational and organizational goals are achieved. This is achieved by strengthening the internal business processes, providing timely data and information to support business decisions, effectively supporting growth initiatives and process improvements, while providing individualized support for the various business lines. This includes direct support of the Resource Management organization through training, coaching, and engaging in various aspects of planning, scheduling, and dispatching operations.
The successful candidate will provide Strategic Reporting and Analysis, act as Advisor to the Leadership Team, track Business Unit Compliance and Oversight, provide Executive Management Presentations, provide Business Unit Organizational Support, ensure excellent Customer Service, execute the departmentās Strategy Plan, and Oversee/Lead Risk Mitigation activities. The Business Analyst will also provide input and support in creating performance improvement analytics, supply and demand projections, departmental workforce planning processes, dashboards, and goals monitoring. This position follows a hybrid work schedule. Employees are required to be in the office four (4) days per week, one (1) remote. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
(Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills)Bachelorās Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field experience is preferred1. 5+ years dispatching/scheduling experience with a Field Operations focus.
