What You'II Do:

Safeguard the Group's strategic and commercial interests in its core regulated electricity businesses and ensure compliance of business units across the Group with relevant regulationsEngage with government agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver the capital investments and returns for our core regulated electricity businesses in SingaporePerform market research on regulatory policies and analyse regulatory developments in local and overseas marketsPerform commercial review and returns analysis, prepare financial models and management papers or presentations to Management and BoardSupport revenue and tariff scenario analysis, commercial review, and risk analysisParticipate in special projects and other initiatives led by the departmentMonitor and ensure timely completion of project deliverablesPrepare regular update reports on Regulatory Management activitiesWhat You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree from a recognized universityPreferably 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar roleExperience in a utility or infrastructure industry, with some background in commercial/financial analysis and economic regulation, would be advantageousStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyStrong sense of business and commercial acumen with good initiative as a self-starterExcellent communication and business writing skillsHighly proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint, some familiarity with programming tools, SQL and Power BI would be advantageousWhat We’ll Provide:
