Spa Manager

The Spa Manager oversees the Spa department as a profit center, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with the hotel’s service standards. Responsible for daily operations, business development, and team management, he/she ensures the spa’s profitability and smooth functioning.Duties And ResponsibilitiesEnsure the quality of treatments, services, and products offered.Guarantee compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.Plan treatments and promotions to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.Develop and monitor sales (treatments, programs, retail products).Supervise, motivate, and train the spa team.Create unique and seasonal treatments tailored to guests’ needs.Manage budget, costs, and stock levels.Handle guest complaints promptly and effectively.Collaborate with other hotel departments to generate synergies.Actively promote the spa both internally and externally.CONFIDENTIALITY Whist working for the Company there will be access to a wide variety of confidential information concerning the Company, guests and employees.
