As a Spa Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa facility, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.Manage and coordinate spa operations, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker roomsSupervise and mentor spa staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performanceOversee guest bookings, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and revenueEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic environmentImplement and maintain spa service standards and proceduresHandle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionallyAssist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote spa servicesManage inventory of spa supplies and productsCollaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfactionConduct regular staff training sessions to improve skills and knowledgeParticipate in the recruitment and onboarding of new spa team membersQualificationsMinimum of two years of leadership experience in the spa industryOutstanding guest service skills with a customer-focused mindsetExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesStrong team management and leadership skillsIn-depth knowledge of spa treatments, services, and industry trendsProficiency in English (verbal and written); additional language skills are a plusDemonstrated ability to work flexible hours with minimal supervisionExceptional organizational and time management skillsProficiency in computer systems, including Windows, MS Office Suite, Opera PMS, SpaSoft, and Micros
