This role combines your public policy expertise and bilingual communication skills to help train sophisticated AI models by creating accurate, culturally nuanced, and technically precise content reflecting real-world policy use in Spanish-speaking regions.Role ResponsibilitiesTranslate, adapt, and synthesize complex policy frameworks into clear, structured rubrics and documentation for AI trainingWrite fluently in both Spanish and English with accurate terminology and nuanced expressionProvide cultural and public policy insights unique to Latin America or Spain, considering regional political, social, and legal contextsCollaborate closely with reviewers and peers to refine content, validate accuracy, and ensure alignment with domain standardsIdeal Candidates Should HaveSpanish with strong written and spoken English skills.Degree in public policy, political science, sociology, or related fields.2–6+ years of professional experience in politics, public policy, government, think tanks, or related sectors.Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills; experience in policy writing, instructional design, or academic publishing is highly valued.Nice to HaveExperience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts is a bonus but not required.More Details About This RoleFully remote and asynchronous—it’s flexible to your schedule.Anticipate contributing at least 20 hours per week.Estimated commitment of about two months.Work within a structured project environment with clear goals and effective collaboration to tools.Application and Onboarding ProcessComplete an AI-led interview (~15 minutes) to assess language and professional experience.If selected, take a follow-up AI-led interview focused on professional background.Complete a paid work trial to confirm fit and receive onboarding to the project.About TaskifyTaskify connects top experts with leading AI labs and organizations pioneering the future.
