Come, be a part of this change.WinGD is looking for aSpare Part Order Coordinator As a Spare Part Order Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of spare parts for our 2-stroke diesel engine services. Acting as the primary liaison between our customers and internal departments, you will manage quotations, orders, logistics, and after-sales support.Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations via SAP, coordinating with supply chain partners, and maintaining seamless communication throughout the order cycle. Success in this role requires a strong technical understanding, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. You will collaborate closely with international teams, contributing to the continuous optimization of our parts coordination processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer requests for spare part quotations and orders with accuracy and speed, using SAP and internal toolsAct as a central point of contact between customers and internal departments (supply chain, pricing, logistics, service)Prepare and issue spare parts quotations, ensuring correct pricing, lead times, and part identificationCoordinate the entire order-to-delivery cycle, ensuring on-time shipment and full customer satisfactionFollow up proactively on quotations, open orders, and delivery schedulesEnsure all documentation is accurate and compliant with internal standards and customer requirementsMaintain clean and up-to-date customer and order data in SAPCollaborate closely with WinGD’s global offices and Swiss headquarters to align on delivery commitments and project requirementsSupport field service units with spare part needs for onboard interventionsContribute to continuous improvement of spare parts sales and coordination processesReport on order activity and customer engagement to line management on a regular basis.Your ProfileDegree in a technical or commercial field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Logistics)Minimum 3–5 years of experience in order coordination, spare parts sales, or supply chain/logistics, preferably in the marine or heavy machinery industrySolid understanding of spare part processes, global logistics, and supply chain operationsProficient in SAP (R/3 or S/4HANA) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plusComfortable reading and understanding technical documentation and specificationsCustomer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approachAbility to work independently and as part of an international, cross-functional teamHighly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesOpen, collaborative personality with strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.Our offerAn opportunity to shape the sustainability and environmental impact of the shipping industry.
