Segway-Ninebot Europe operates with branches in The Netherlands, Spain, France, and Germany.General DescriptionAs our Spare Parts Coordinator, you are part of the After Sales Team of Segway-Ninebot and you will report to the Head of After-Sales Europe. We are looking for a coordinator to ensure an effective supply and distribution process of our spare parts division. In this role you will work very closely with all our European sales offices, logistics department, headquarter and factories located in China in fulfilling the spare parts needs. Key Responsibilities1. Kick Scooter Spare Parts Management (Europe, CE Channel)Monitor and evaluate the performance of third-party partners regarding spare parts planning, usage, delivery efficiency, and service quality towards repair center.Ensure spare parts availability aligns with repair and maintenance schedules in each repair centers in Europe. 2. E moped Spare PartsManage the end-to-end process of spare parts for emoped, including planning, procurement, and delivery.Oversee the operations of self-managed warehouses, ensuring accurate inventory, timely dispatch, and cost-effective storage.Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and optimize spare parts supply chain.3. Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack key KPIs for both third-party and self-managed spare parts operations.Identify potential issues in spare parts supply or logistics and implement corrective actions.Prepare regular reports for management on spare parts availability, partner performance, and warehouse efficiency.4. Process OptimizationContinuously improve spare parts management processes to enhance service levels, reduce downtime, and optimize inventory levels.Support cross-functional initiatives for product support, after-sales service, and customer satisfaction improvement.Qualifications and SkillsMBO/Bachelor degree, preferably major in supply chain or statistics, mathematics, computing science, or related field3+ years of experience in product delivery, 3C after-sales spare parts and/or OEM factory delivery is preferredProficient with Excel, Word, PPT, Visio; experience with SAP/ERP/CRM preferredFluent in Chinese and English (spoken & written)Strong technical acumen and solid knowledge of spare parts management & supply chain processesExperience managing third-party partners and performance metricsFamiliar with repair centers, dealer service, warehouse operations, and inventory systemsExcellent communication, coordination, and analytical skillsExperience in electric scooters or e-mopeds is a plusKnowledge of administrative and logistics proceduresProactive, responsible, and a strong team player with good listening skillsStrong problem-solving skills and a go-getter mentalityHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and logical thinking; strong data-handling skillsAble to prioritize tasks, work independently, and remain customer-focused and stress-resistant
