We are proud of being ‘’the first R&D center of Turkey’’ and the company that produced ‘’the first electric bus’’.#TogetherWeareStronger!Passionate about automotive sector,Curious to learn more and never afraid of failing,Passionate about taking a step forward every single day,Trustful and self-motivated with good communication skills,We are waiting for you!What is the job waiting for you?Conduct equivalent product analysis and development,Monitor new product launch and improvement processes,Track and report field deployment of equivalent parts,Evaluate customer requests and feedback,Develop alternative sourcing channels,Manage price change processes,Perform supplier field and service visits,Lead product and supplier evaluation & improvement efforts,Report processes and monitor KPIs.What we are looking for?Bachelor’s degree (4-year university),Strong written and verbal communication skills,Skilled in planning, organization, and team coordination,Data-driven and result-oriented,Agile, curious, and open to development,Effective stress management and flexibility,Strong team player with a dynamic mindset,High presentation and reporting ability,Completed military service (for male candidates),Fluent in English,No travel restrictions; willing to travel for supplier visits or operational needs.
