Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in increasing product awareness, driving customer acquisition, and expanding our presence in key retail locations through in-store activations and direct sales efforts. Key ResponsibilitiesExecute in-store activations in leading retail outlets and supermarkets. Generate and attract new sales leads through on-ground engagement, online outreach, and referrals. Promote Sparkxx products to walk-in and prospective customers, providing product education and brand storytelling. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Track and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity. Maintain strong relationships with store staff and customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns. Represent the Sparkxx brand professionally and enthusiastically at all times. Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s Degree in any field (Marketing preferred).  Some knowledge or experience in sales and marketing techniques is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Willingness to work in the field and engage with customers in person. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
