Job Description: Special Education Teacher (Marahel Platform)Position Title: Special Education TeacherDepartment: Education & InclusionReports To: Head of Education Location: Hybrid – Cairo & OnlineType: Part-Time / Full-Time ContractExperience Required: Minimum 2 years teaching experience in special education, inclusive classrooms, or therapy-integrated learning.Role SummaryYou will deliver Marahel’s inclusive education modules (Social-Emotional Learning, Life Skills, and Pre-Vocational Training) to students with diverse learning needs. You’ll design adaptive lesson experiences, monitor learner progress via the Marahel platform, and collaborate with therapists and parents to ensure each student’s individualized education plan (IEP) goals are achieved.Key Responsibilities • Deliver digital and in-person learning sessions for learners of determination. • Customize learning activities according to IEP and behavioral insights. • Record progress using Marahel’s teacher dashboard within 48 hours of sessions. • Participate in training and certification to maintain therapeutic fidelity. • Collaborate with therapists, parents, and program managers to align interventions. • Ensure compliance with Marahel’s safeguarding and tech ethics frameworks. • Participate in monthly review meetings and contribute feedback for product improvement.Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Education, or related field. • 2+ years experience teaching students with ASD, Down Syndrome, or learning difficulties. • Understanding of IEPs, behavioral intervention, or therapeutic teaching methods. • Proficiency in digital tools and willingness to use Marahel’s blended-learning platform. • Excellent communication and empathy skills; Arabic fluency essential (English a plus). • Certification or training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy is a strong advantage.Performance KPIs • 70%+ learner progress in targeted skills. • 85% teacher satisfaction in pilot feedback. • 90% compliance with timely reporting on platform. • Consistent student attendance & engagement (≥80%). • Demonstrated contribution to Marahel community and content improvement.⸻ 2.
