QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTIONBachelor’s Degree in Metalurgical and Materials, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Welding engineer.Fluent English proficiency in terms of writing and speaking,Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint),Knowledge of the AS9100, AS13100, NADCAP, ISO 9001 Quality System Management and prime customer requirements, Able to review customer contracts, extract and flow down pertinent special process requirements,Special Process audit experinece which is performed by ISO9001, AS9100, NADCAP, CustomersStrong written, verbal communication and presentation skills,Knowledge of ERP and 3D program usage.JOB DESCRİPTİONPreparing, revising and approving the procedure, instruction and technical operation sheets of the relevant Special Processes Quality according to customer and NADCAP requirements,Controlling the correct realization of special processes ( Welding, Chemical Processes, Heat Treating, Metarial Testing ) and NDT ( RT and PT ) according to customer and NADCAP requirements,Controlling the correct realization and reporting of periodic tests according to customer and NADCAP requirements,Determining the calibration requirements of instruments, devices and sensors, keeping the equipment calibrations up-to-date,Making the necessary preparations for the Customer and NADCAP audits, participating in the audits, examining the findings, taking and following corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring the continuity of the company's certificate,Making training plans for operators working in special processes ( Welding, chemical processes,material testing, NDT (RT and PT), keeping their certificates up-to-date,Preparation of purchasing specifications together with the production department for out-sourced processes, Plans and supervises daily activities and inspection technicians to ensure adherence to established department, organization, and customer specification parameters,Manages the metallurgical laboratory capable of hardness and tensile tests, micro/macro structure analysis,Takes part in new part quotation activities, and prepares special process quality workload and investment needs,Controls the First Article Inspection (FAI) parts in terms of customer special process requirements.
