Salary: €36000Location: Dublin Business School, 13/14 Aungier Street, Dublin 2Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 39 Hours per Week, 9am- 5.30pmContract type: Temporary Full-timeThe Specialised Programmes Executive will drive the growth of our developing and specialised education programmes while ensuring a standout experience for prospective learners. With a strong commercial focus, they will support high performance across the programmes and work closely with the Recruitment team to deliver a smooth, engaging admissions journey. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role offers significant autonomy and involves presenting plans and performance insights to help shape future growth strategies in the developing education market.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive business development & growth for specialised programmes & initiatives.Support commercial relationships with our partners across Europe. Identify and proactively engage eligible students, explaining programme benefits and encouraging applications.Track applications, monitor funding, and ensure full compliance with programme eligibility guidelines.Support the end to end applicant process across all programmes assigned. Prepare and distribute promotional materials while supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and events that engage prospective learners.Maintain accurate and up to date records of applicant interactions and programme related information to support smooth processing and reporting.Identify and develop opportunities for growth with key personnel for Learning and Development initiatives. Present DBS programmes in-person and online to both B2B and B2C audiences.Foster strong, long-term relationships with corporate organisations.Prepare & deliver on funding applicationsPrepare regular reports for the Sales Manager and/or other Senior Management as requested.Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect across the team and the College.Work proactively and cooperatively with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals.Demonstrate professionalism, approachability, and collegiality in all interactions.Communicate openly and constructively, supporting a positive and solutions-focused team environment.Uphold the organisation’s values in all internal and external activities.Take initiative in personal and professional development, and acknowledge and support the contributions of others.Job Requirements (Essential Criteria)Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in Marketing, e-Commerce, Global Business, Digital Communications or equivalent experience;3 years of experience in the Education Industry;2-3 years of account management & client relationship experience;Proven knowledge of the tender process within the education industry.
