Job Description

JOB PURPOSEImplementing Development & Corporate Agility procedures, Processes management, change management, and operational plans for the Authority's organizational units, and preparing related reports. Also, aligning the Authority's strategy with continuous improvement plans and roadmaps.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DECISION-MAKINGParticipate in preparing Development & Corporate Agility roadmap, follow up on its implementation, and prepare reports on implementation developments.Include data and details of organizational units related to corporate development requirements and document them according to approved procedures.Measure, monitor, and analyze the section's strategic and operational performance indicators and report on them.Coordinate with agencies and sectors to prepare corporate agility meetings and participate in events related to development and agility practices and capacity building.Analyze data and information from departments and organizational units to support the identification of areas of development, development priorities, and root causes, in coordination with the Authority's departments. Identify development initiatives and follow up on their implementation.Follow up on the implementation and closure of corrective actions related to the section's quality system and internal audit.Contribute to the study and implementation of the corporate change management system to analyze the extent of alignment with the Authority's strategy, global best practices, challenges, opportunities, and related variables.Work to enhance corporate agility by developing effective business models for rapid changes and challenges.Design awareness programs on organizational development, agility, and change management, and implement workshops related to them at the Authority level.Prepare training and awareness plans for organizational agility practices, continuous development, and change management, and follow up on their implementation.Prepare communication plans for organizational agility practices, continuous development, and change management across multiple channels.Support the updating and development of corporate documents related to organizational development and agility.Draft correspondence with external and internal corporates related to Department requirements.Follow up on the organizational unit's work plan and administrative requirements.Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.Qualifications - ExternalEducationBachelor's degree in business administration or innovation from a recognized universityAt least 5 years of relevant working experience
