Internal Job DescriptionROLE MAIN PURPOSEEnsures a smooth and engaging experience for new hires from pre-boarding through integration. This role supports employee engagement, productivity, and retention by coordinating onboarding logistics and fostering a welcoming environment.Functional ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and system access setup.Collaborate with IT, payroll, admin, and department managers to ensure all onboarding logistics are completed prior to new hire start dates.Conduct onboarding sessions to introduce new employees to company culture, values, policies, and procedures.Ensure a smooth handover to line managers for departmental onboarding and role-specific training.Monitor and enhance the onboarding experience through continuous feedback collection and improvement initiatives.Maintain accurate onboarding records and ensure timely completion of all compliance requirements.Support the development of onboarding content, welcome kits, and communication materials.Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and facilitating integration into the organization.Assist in reporting and analyzing onboarding metrics to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.Coordinate onboarding programs for specific segments, such as fresh graduates, interns, or trainees, as required.Educational QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional and Technical Certificates (Preferred): HR certification is a plus (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD Level 3 or above).Professional Experience2–4 years of experience in human resources with a focus on onboarding, employee relations, or HR operations.
