Specialist - Order Processing/Shipping

The Specialist - Order Processing/Shipping is responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient handling of customer orders from receipt to delivery. This role requires strong coordination between sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Verify all orders have delivery methods and correct ship-from locations.Monitor and follow up on out-of-stock items.Run open order reports and ensure all eligible orders are approved.Check backorders to avoid delays.Ensure all orders across locations ship on time.Monitor parts and replacements to avoid delays in pending billing.Resolve orders stuck in "Partially Fulfilled" or "Pending Billing/Partially Fulfilled."Ensure random orders are not pending unnecessarily due to carrier delays.Ensure Castlegate orders ship and close on time; submit Wayfair tickets if issues arise.Invoice parts and replacements.Collect Costco PR HI and AK for bulk shipping.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.2 - 4 years of experience in order processing, shipping, logistics, or customer operations.Ability to work on USA business hours.Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.Strong communication and coordination abilities across multiple teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Knowledge of import/export documentation and Incoterms is an advantage.
