Specialist - Portfolio Data Optimization & Analysis

Job Description:Proactively monitor portfolio performance, e.g., change in portfolio's outstanding balance, account/ staff, incentive/ staff, etc.Provide regular dashboard to drive performance improvements and identify business opportunities, e.g., for collectors – to improve both individual and team performance, for legal activities – to accelerate execution gaps, etc.Follow through identified improvements/ business opportunities to consistently enhance execution. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience preferably in Data Analytics, or Data Execution.Basic analytical skill, yet with strong skill in data handling.Basic communication skill.No banking nor bad bank knowledge is required.
