We would like to talk with you!Talent Sourcers play a key role in our clients’ success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them. Through asking the right questions to ensure a detailed understanding of the client and each role, and by leveraging data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis, Talent Sourcers develop bespoke sourcing strategies and then use a range of tools and techniques to find the best talent in the market.Talent Sourcers are brand ambassadors for our clients, bringing each opportunity to life with candidates in a compelling and authentic way to ensure they are qualified, interested, and engaged before being presented to the Hiring Manager. A Lead Sourcing Specialist supports clients in hiring specialist and niche talent and will work on some of the more complex hiring needs that require strong business partnering skills and innovative approaches to finding and engaging with in-demand candidates.Key AccountabilitiesPartner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a great experience for candidates and clients.Develop effective sourcing strategies leveraging talent intelligence and existing networks to deliver high-calibre candidates.Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in recruitment discussions to gain a detailed understanding of client needs and role requirements.Confidently advise stakeholders, proposing innovative solutions using your knowledge and the wider network to meet client goals, especially for niche roles.Deliver high-quality, engaged, and diverse candidate shortlists, acting as a Trusted Advisor to make clear hiring recommendations.Attract, source, and engage top talent through proactive headhunting, continuous professional development, and innovative, critical thinking.Create compelling job adverts that enhance the client's brand.Utilize data to measure, refine, and adapt your sourcing strategy.Engage with candidates professionally and authentically across various channels (phone, email, social media), frequently headhunting niche skills.Conduct high-quality, consultative conversations to qualify candidate suitability, motivations, and aspirations for current or future roles.Present candidates accurately and compellingly, championing diversity and bias-free selection processes.Champion the candidate experience by having honest career discussions, keeping candidates informed, and building lasting relationships (talent pooling) regardless of the hiring outcome.Maintain accurate data and performance tracking across all applicable systems.Skills & ExperienceYou’ll need to demonstrate:Must haves:Specialist sourcing experience with a focus on attracting and engaging niche, passive talent.Excellent communication skills with the ability to build great relationships and partner somewhat independently with clients and candidates. Clear, engaging and professional in written communications with the ability to digest, retain and utilise information to influence others.Demonstrable subject matter expertise in recruiting and/or sourcing with the ability to use data and in-depth market knowledge to inform sourcing strategies and create and adapt detailed sourcing plans to fill specialist and niche hiring needs.Experience in passive sourcing using a broad range of techniques and technologies including Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut and in house ATS or CRM technologies.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment.Experience of using a range of tools and systems including in house Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.Competent and confident in using MS Office, Windows and/or other similar products and confident using the internet to research and find information to design more impactful sourcing strategies.Experience working to Key Performance Indicators and Service Level AgreementsNice to haves:Familiarity with Investment Banking or Financial ServicesEvery one of us plays a pivotal role in our success, whether engaging directly with clients or shaping the value we add behind the scenes.
