Job Role / Responsibilities:Reporting to Manager, Academic Computing you would be responsible to work with the faculty and the course designers for the development of Blended and Digital Learning course sites and providing technical support and training for the delivery of the courses. You would also be expected to explore technologies and form up recommendations for improving the use of technology in teaching such as AKU’s Learning Management System.Specifically, you will be responsible to;working with the provost office for supporting Faculty Development Program Cohortsexploring and implementing more enhanced use of technology for teachingsupporting courses and programs across the Universityany other task assigned by the supervisor. Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalentrelevant certifications are an added advantageE-learning and M-Learning platformsexperience of working on related technologyHTML, and or PHP developmentLearning Management Systemsthe person must be an expert in evolving technologies related to E-Learning such as Learning Management Systems specially Moodlehave sound knowledge of innovations in the industry related to the same fieldexcellent interpersonal and communication skills with record of good customer orientation.
