You'll simplify the corporate world and make it exciting!Run the Show: Take ownership of major company events like Strategy Kick-offs and Quarterly Townhalls, driving engagement and creating memorable experiences.Build a Buzz: Design and manage campaigns that don't just stay inside the company. You'll create content and initiatives that employees are proud to share with the world, turning them into our best advocates.Master the Digital Game: Manage and optimize our internal digital platforms such as ONE True Page and Viva Engage to ensure content is always fresh, relevant, and engaging.Go Beyond the Script: Act as a key partner to other departments (HR, Marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless communication, especially during big changes and crisis situations.Measure & Innovate: Don't just execute, but also analyze. You'll use data and feedback to continuously improve our communications strategies, reporting your insights directly to senior leadership.Project Management Pro: You will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, guiding complex projects from concept to completion.Qualifications:Experience: At least 5-8 years in internal communications, advertising, digital content, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a Creative Production House. You're comfortable navigating both large corporations and dynamic, fast-moving environments.The Campaign Brain: You have a proven track record of developing and executing effective communication campaign strategies that drive results.Communication Rockstar: Your professional writing in English is impeccable. You can simplify complex ideas and craft compelling stories.A Creative Mind: You possess a creative mindset and the ability to adjust your messaging to resonate with different audiences.
