About The RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Specialist, Corporate Proposition to join our RHB Trustees Berhad . This role plays a key part in enhancing the end-to-end customer journey and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for high-net-worth (HNW) clients. You will be responsible for trust and estate administration, client reporting, and the development of tailored trust structures, while also providing advisory support and coaching within the team.What You Will Be DoingOptimise end-to-end customer journeys to enhance the overall client experienceAdminister Private Trusts, including payments, distributions, asset placements, trade settlements, trustee fee billing, and collectionsManage Estate Administration by compiling asset and liability information and coordinating asset transfers with beneficiaries and legal representativesDraft and finalise trust documents such as Trust Deeds and Letters of Wishes (LOW) for Private Trusts, Insurance Trusts, and Estate Administration TrustsPrepare and consolidate monthly client reports by gathering data from fund managers, fund houses, and bank statementsProvide coaching and advisory support to team members (squad members)Manage direct relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) clients, including consultations, proposal preparation, and onboarding documentationEnsure accurate and timely updates to the Operating Manual (OM) annually or when process changes occurWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, trust administration, or related fieldsStrong understanding of trust structures, estate planning, and client onboarding processesExceptional attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage HNW client relationshipsProactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to coach and support junior team membersFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to trust and estate services is an advantageWhat We OfferAt RHB Banking Group, we are committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that empowers our employees to reach their full potential.
