Job Description

The Specialist, Data Analyst in the production area plays a key role in supporting decision-making and improving production efficiency through data and must be detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively with various teams.Key accountabilities;Delivery & Technical Leadership Design, develop and maintain data collection systems in production, such as creating applications or data recording systems. Lead to develop dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI and Excel to provide accurate and timely information for reporting KPIs, productivity, scrap, rework, etc., for relevant departments. Architect data models and lead complex analyses (SPC, regression/forecasting, DOE), experimentation/A-B tests, and narrative insights.Digitalization & Integration Co-lead integration of MES/SCADA/Historians/IoT with ERP; field governance. Plan and lead to execute pilots and scale-ups; manage UAT, cutovers, and post-go-live stabilization.Data Governance & Quality Own data dictionary, lineage, and access controls; set SLAs for timeliness, completeness, accuracy. Implement monitoring/alerting; drive root-cause elimination for recurrent data issues. Ensure PDPA and internal policy compliance.People & Change Coach team (incl. entry-level analysts) with clear learning paths and standards. Enable stakeholders via clinics/training on data literacy and BI self-service. Translate data insights into actions with line leaders and track realized value.
