Define and understand end-to-end Junior Savings & MOHE customer journey in driving deposit portfolio growth.Manages overall IT solution implementation plan (i.e. development, testing) and responsible for the end delivery of change of request (CRs) pertaining to all Retail Banking application software/ technology projects associated with Junior Savings/ MOHE to ensure that the software/ technology delivers the desired business functionality to the required quality in compliance to the Bank’s business rules & operational process as well as statutory & regulatory obligations.Work closely with respective internal & external stakeholders to create a segment stickiness & value proposition by growing the customer product holding (i.e. end to end process from acquisition till fulfilment stage) as well as to drive acquisition & portfolio growthMonitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of system enhancement/ projects.Proposing, planning, managing & executing marketing plans & activities according to product strategy to meet Bank goals & objectives.Conduct Sales Training to all the branches on Junior Savings/ MOHE Value Propositions as well as Marketing Campaign or Leads initiative.
