Job Description

Based in Barcelona, you will be part of the Spanish marketing team, supporting how Nike brings its Sport Offense to life across Spain. This role is an important foundation within the Brand Marketing team, helping connect Nike to youth, sport and culture through Running, Training and Agile.As Specialist II, Brand Marketing, you will support the delivery of locally relevant brand executions, help amplify Nike’s Concept Map on the ground, and contribute to ensuring our sport vision shows up as pinnacle across the marketplace. You will also play a role in gathering consumer insights that help inform Spain, EMEA and Global strategies.Who You’ll Work WithYou will work closely within the Spain Running and Training Brand Marketing team, collaborating cross‑functionally with partners including Sports Marketing, Consumer Insights, Energy, the Nike Sport Marketplace, and Operations & Planning, all in service of athletes*.You will also build relationships with key external partners in the territory — individuals, communities and organisations that best represent Nike’s Running and Training culture.In addition, you will stay closely connected to Geo Consumer Brand teams at EHQ, with regular collaboration depending on the projects you are supporting.Who We’re Looking ForWe are looking for an early‑career brand marketeer with a strong passion for running and training, a curiosity for the young consumer, and a desire to learn how powerful brand stories come to life on the ground.You are eager to grow your marketing craft, contribute to a collaborative team environment, and reimagine the future of sport alongside experienced partners. Core responsibilities include:Supporting the identification of running and training communities, creators and ambassadors that align with Nike’s brand values and help bring sport strategies to life.Partnering with Geo Running and Training Brand Marketing teams to support the amplification of key Concept Map stories through on‑the‑ground executions, including pinnacle Nike brand moments and marketplace partner activations.Helping gather and organise structured consumer insights across Running and Training to better serve athletes* in Spain, and sharing these insights with EMEA and Global teams.Collaborating closely with other marketing functions within the Spain marketing team, including Energy, the Nike Sport Marketplace, and Operations & Planning.Remaining agile and supporting priority brand moments as business and campaign needs evolve.Application closing Date : 10th March 2026Local applications only please, relocation is not offered for this opportunity.
