As part of GBJ & CY City Retail Marketing Team, We’re looking for a collaborative, innovative, and consumer-focused retail brand marketer who can help us execute strategy and direction for our Field of Sports teams across multiple store concepts.Develops strategies and plans to promote products and services to individuals or other organizations. Supports business growth via creative development, market research, and disseminating materials that promote a favorable view of offerings.Responsible for developing the programs that will maximize the brand's awareness and sales, through the message and media that are meaningful to retailers and consumers.Typical CapabilitiesScope: Team and/or small to mid-size customers.Complexity: Understands and communicates fairly complex information specific to the position. Creates standard work products which are reviewed by colleagues. Supports the achievement of goals independently while simultaneously contributing to team performance.Problem Solving: nitiates analysis and investigation to solve differing but related problems.Knowledge & Skills: Developing professional role. Develops expertise and applies solutions based on experience. Identifies most appropriate options or methods to improve existing approaches.Key CounterpartsMarketing: City Marketing and Geo Retail MarketingMarketplace: RE, Account, and ND team including NSO and NSP teamRequirementsPassion for sports or youth culture.Bachelor’s degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant or a related field.3 years’ experience in marketing, or channel/retail marketing. Multi-national company is preferred.Communication Skill: fluence English speaking & writing.A growth mindset eager to learn and quick actions to facilitate the project in retail marketing mix.
