CPFT are delighted to advertise this post which is funded by NHS Charities together and hosted by Head to Toe Charity for a 0.2wte Menopause specialist practitioner on an 18 month Temporary contract.The role of the menopause Specialist Practitioner will support CPFTs Staff Wellbeing Service to deliver the Trusts Menopause workplace pledge which aligns with the Trusts Health and Wellbeing Strategy. This will include supporting the Staff wellbeing service lead to develop the Trusts menopause policy.The post holder will support in the development of education and training for staff and managers across the organisation and will provide 1:1 workplace menopause assessments using clinical skills, knowledge and experience. The post holder will support in the delivery and chairing of the staff menopause support group and work Trust wide to implement the menopause pledge. The post holder will work collaboratively with managers and staff to support, develop and/or implement initiatives to enhance staff experience.Provide advice and guidance to staff via the Menopause Support Group & one-to-one Menopause Workplace AssessmentsPromote initiatives that support women’s physical and mental wellbeingElevate and promote the Trusts Menopause Policy and Health and Wellbeing Strategy.Support the development and delivery of training to leadership and managersSupport the launch & promotion of The Menopause Workplace PledgeCambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is a health and social care organisation dedicated to providing high-quality care with compassion to improve the health and wellbeing of the people we care for, as well as supporting and empowering them to lead a fulfilling life.Our clinical teams deliver many NHS services, not only via inpatient and primary care settings, but also within the community.
